About Juliet Lihalakha (MSN, ARNP, PMHNP-BC)

Hello! Juliet Lihalakha is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Blossom Mental Health. She has extensive experience in health care working with teens and adults in inpatient, outpatient, and corrections settings, facing complex mood disorders including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, sleep issues, Panic disorder, PTSD, adjustment disorder, & OCD. She obtained her bachelor's degree in nursing from the University of Houston-Victoria. Her passion for mental health led her to bridge the gap by earning her master's degree as a PMHNP from Walden University. Her treatment approach comprises mental health consultation, evaluation, and medication management. Her philosophy is to utilize an empathetic approach, patient-centered care, and evidence-based treatment modalities to minimize symptoms and improve overall well-being. Do you feel stuck in the past? Juliet’s interest in mental health began when working as an RN in an inpatient setting. She saw how many people struggled without much help. With her specialty as a PMHNP-BC, she realizes how DNA & environment play key roles in one’s mental health. She relies on current evidence-based treatment modalities. She listens & takes pride to identify the underlying issue.

Juliet inspires & empowers her patients to actively participate in the decision-making process. She treats her patients with respect, dignity & compassion. She listens and takes pride to identify underlying issues, formulate diagnosis, and recommend treatment option. She has the required clinical skills, and experience to render services to you and your loved one. We offer evening and weekend appointments to accommodate our client’s busy schedules. Welcome!
